Nexyfime is a creative and digital studio. In this policy, "Nexyfime", "we", "us" and "our" mean Nexyfime, and "you" means anyone who visits nexyfime.com or contacts us through it. We are responsible for the personal information described here.

When you use our contact form, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as:
- your name and email address;
- your phone or WhatsApp number and company name (optional);
- the services you're interested in, your timeline and how you'd like us to reach you;
- anything you write in your message, including details about your project.
Please don't send us sensitive information (such as passwords, bank or card details, or health information) through the form.
Information collected automatically
- Technical details: like most websites, our hosting server keeps standard logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
- Spam protection: when you send the contact form, we briefly record your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in an hour, and include it in the email we receive so we can spot abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics tools on this website.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you ideas, proposals or quotes you asked for.
- To carry out and manage work we agree to do for you.
- To keep our website safe and protect it from spam and misuse.
- To meet legal, accounting or tax obligations.

- Google reCAPTCHA protects our contact form from spam. It checks whether a real person is using the form and collects hardware and software information to do so. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
- YouTube (Google) hosts our showreel video. The player only loads if you press play, and uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. The Google Privacy Policy applies.
- Shapespark hosts the interactive 3D tour. The tour only loads if you press "Start 3D Tour". See the Shapespark privacy policy.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver the fonts and 3D graphics code that make the site look and work as it does.
- Social media links to Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook take you to those platforms, where their own policies apply.
6. Cookies
Nexyfime does not set its own cookies on this website. Google reCAPTCHA, the YouTube player and the Shapespark 3D tour may set cookies or use similar technology needed for them to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the contact form or 3D tour may then not work properly.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't turn into a project: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records (contracts, invoices, project communication): kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
- Spam-protection records of IP addresses: deleted automatically within an hour.
8. How we protect it
Our website runs over a secure HTTPS connection, the contact form is protected against spam and misuse, and access to enquiries is limited to people who need it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that's wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons;
- stop contacting you.
Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local data protection laws. Email contact@nexyfime.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
10. Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.
