Last updated: 2 November 2026. Please read these terms before using our website or hiring us.

These terms explain how you can use our website and how we work with clients. By using this website or hiring Nexyfime, you agree to them. If you sign a separate proposal or contract with us, that document applies too, and if it says something different, the signed document wins.

1. About these terms

We offer creative and digital services, including 3D virtual tours, AI visibility (GEO & AEO), video production, logo and brand design, creative ads, social media management, website design and development, and related services. The exact work, deliverables, timeline and price for your project are set out in your proposal.

Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Extra revisions, or changes after you've approved a stage, are charged separately. Work is treated as approved when you confirm it, or if we hear nothing within 10 working days of delivery.

7. No guarantee of results

Please read this carefully. We promise to do our work with care, skill and good industry practice. We do not guarantee any particular business result.

We're not responsible for their outages, price changes, policy changes, algorithm changes, account restrictions or decisions to suspend or remove content or accounts. You're responsible for following those platforms' rules for your own accounts and ads.

11. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and only use it to do your work. We ask you to do the same with our proposals, pricing and methods.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a disagreement comes up, we'll first try to resolve it by talking it through in good faith. If that doesn't work, it will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in place when you approved your proposal applies to that project.
